More than a martial art — a lifelong practice that builds body, mind and character.
Every class delivers more than kicks and patterns. Here is what students — and parents — notice first.
Full-body conditioning through kicks, patterns and sparring drills. Improves strength, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular fitness for all ages.
Structured training teaches students to concentrate, follow instruction and push through difficulty — skills that transfer directly to school and work.
Practical self-defence techniques build genuine confidence. Students learn awareness, avoidance and — when necessary — how to protect themselves.
Belt progression gives students clear, achievable goals. Each grade earned is a real accomplishment that builds lasting self-belief.
All our classes are mixed ages — parents and children train side by side. There is nothing quite like earning your belt together as a family.
The dojang is a welcoming place. Students support each other, celebrate each other's grading successes, and build friendships that last for years.
Children develop coordination, listening skills and respect in a safe, fun environment. We have students from age 4 who absolutely love their training — and it shows in their confidence at school too.
Whether you have never thrown a kick in your life or trained before and want to get back into it, adult Taekwon-Do is a brilliant full-body workout with a purpose. You will be pushed, and you will surprise yourself.
Our mixed-age classes mean the whole family can train at the same time. Watching your child earn their first belt while you earn yours alongside them is something truly special.
Taekwon-Do is underpinned by five tenets — Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control and Indomitable Spirit. These are not words on a wall. They are practised every single class.
Students who train regularly become more patient, more focused and more resilient. Parents tell us regularly that they notice the change at home, and at school.
